⦁ There will be a minimum charge depending on the area you are situated in.
⦁ To get an accurate quote, please request a quote or email us and include your area in Cape Town.
⦁ A 50% upfront payment is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
⦁ Bookings must be confirmed in advance.
⦁ Drying Time on Carpets and upholstery generally takes 4 to 8 hours to dry (depending on weather conditions and airflow.
⦁ Stain and odour removal is not guarantee but we deliver great results.
⦁ Requirements: Please provide a space such as a garage or tiled area for cleaning mattresses and upholstery.
⦁ Please note that we do not clean the underside of the rug only the top side. Also note that rugs require longer drying times.
⦁ We do not clean Leather upholstery.
⦁ We do not large Furniture, smaller items need to be cleared before cleaning starts.
⦁ A cancellation fee will apply if notice is insufficient. Any changes or cancellations to the original cleaning request must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
⦁ Cancellations or adjustments made on the same day or on site of the scheduled service will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the originally requested cleaning services.
⦁ If we are unable to complete the cleaning service due to load shedding or other issues, we will reschedule, but additional charges may apply.
